Skill Tracking
Skill scores are gameplay-based estimates. They reflect how Daily maps each game to skill categories, not a clinical measurement of ability.
Accuracy
We try to keep game rules, scoring, leaderboards, guides, stories, and platform information accurate. We may still make mistakes, and features may change.
Trademarks and Other Games
Daily is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other game, studio, publisher, record label, or company named on this site. Third-party names such as "Leaf it Alone", "Heardle", "Songless", "Bandle", "MapTap", and "Poople" are the trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. We use them only nominatively, to identify a genre of game or to compare it with our own, and never to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or a shared origin.
Silverbrook, Songless Unlimited, Songspot, Bandle Unlimited, MapTap Unlimited, and Poople Unlimited were designed, written, and built independently by Daily. Their code, interfaces, copy, scoring, and game design are Daily's original work. They are not ports, copies, or official versions of anyone else's game.
Third-Party Services
Daily relies on third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Google, Vercel, Cloudflare, Sanity, and Journey by Mediavine, and is not responsible for their content, policies, outages, or errors.
Third-Party Works Shown in Games
Some games show a brief excerpt of a third-party work so that a player can try to identify it: a short audio excerpt and cover art in Songless Unlimited and Bandle Unlimited. The excerpt is the question the game asks. It is used only for identification and reference inside the game, it is a small fraction of the work, it is not a substitute for the work, and it is never offered for sale, download, or any use outside the game. Daily does not sell any recording, composition, or artwork, does not claim any ownership in them, and does not charge for access to them.
All copyright and other rights in every recording, composition, and artwork remain with their respective owners. Where an excerpt is delivered by a third-party service, that service's terms also apply to it.
Songless Unlimited, Songspot, and Bandle Unlimited host no audio at all: every preview clip is streamed by a third-party service and is never hosted, copied, or cached by Daily. Bandle Unlimited plays at most fifteen seconds of a recording, never the whole, and the parts of the mix it plays are made in the player's own browser while the game runs, stored nowhere and sent to no one. In every game the excerpt is used for identification, commentary and play, which Daily considers fair use under United States law and fair dealing under Canadian law. Daily is not partnered with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any music service, record label, publisher, or artist.
Silverbrook, MapTap Unlimited, and Poople Unlimited show no third-party work: their worlds, maps, place data, and word lists are Daily's own or public domain.
Daily may change, remove, or retire any game, any work shown in a game, or any feature at any time and without notice.
If you own or control the rights to a work shown in a game and want it removed, email legal@playdaily.org. An email naming the work and the game is enough; we remove first and discuss afterwards, and a removed work is not re-added. Fair Play
We may remove entries, adjust scores, or suspend accounts that use exploits, automation, or other behavior that violates fair play or the Terms of Service.
