Accuracy

We try to keep game rules, scoring, leaderboards, stories, and platform information accurate. We may still make mistakes, and features may change.

Krillion and Noillirk judge typed answers with their own answer lists and, for answers those lists do not cover, an AI model. A verdict is the game's estimate of how rare or common an answer is, not a fact about the answer or about the people who give it. It may be wrong, and it may change when answers are judged again.

Trademarks and Other Games

Daily is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other game, studio, publisher, record label, or company named on this site. Songless Unlimited, Krillion, Noillirk, Bandle Unlimited, Size It Up, Color Game, Logo Game, MapTap, Poople, and Songspot were designed, written, and built independently by Daily. Their code, interfaces, copy, scoring, and game design are Daily's original work. They are not ports, copies, or official versions of anyone else's game.

Most of them are named after the game they are modelled on, some with the word Unlimited added, so a name such as "Poople" or "Krillion" is the original's name and the name of Daily's version. Those names, and the names of games Daily only compares itself with, such as "Leaf it Alone" and "Heardle", are the trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. We use them to identify the kind of game and how ours differs from the original, and never to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or a shared origin.

Some games carry names of Daily's own, such as Noillirk. Noillirk is Daily's own game: Daily's Krillion with its rule reversed, so that the most common answer scores highest instead of the rarest. Noillirk™ is a trademark of Daily. Noillirk is not made, sponsored, or endorsed by the maker of the original Krillion, and "Krillion" remains its owner's trademark.

Third-Party Services

Daily relies on third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Google, Vercel, Cloudflare, Sanity, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Buy Me a Coffee, and Journey by Mediavine, and is not responsible for their content, policies, outages, or errors.

Third-Party Works Shown in Games

Some games show a brief excerpt of a third-party work so that a player can try to identify it: a short audio excerpt and cover art in Songless Unlimited, Bandle Unlimited, and Songspot. The excerpt is the question the game asks. It is used only for identification and reference inside the game, it is a small fraction of the work, it is not a substitute for the work, and it is never offered for sale, download, or any use outside the game. Daily does not sell any recording, composition, or artwork, does not claim any ownership in them, and does not charge for access to them.

All copyright and other rights in every recording, composition, and artwork remain with their respective owners. Where an excerpt is delivered by a third-party service, that service's terms also apply to it.

Songless Unlimited, Bandle Unlimited, and Songspot load preview audio from third-party services. Daily does not host those recordings; the player's browser downloads and buffers previews for playback. Bandle Unlimited plays at most fifteen seconds of a recording, never the whole, and separates the parts of the mix in the player's browser while the game runs. In these games the excerpt is used for identification, commentary and play, which Daily considers fair use under United States law and fair dealing under Canadian law. Daily is not partnered with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any music service, record label, publisher, or artist.

Other games use original content, factual data, open datasets, and third-party services.

Daily may change, remove, or retire any game, any work shown in a game, or any feature at any time and without notice.

If you own or control the rights to a work shown in a game and want it removed, email legal@playdaily.org. An email naming the work and the game is enough; we remove first and discuss afterwards, and a removed work is not re-added. Fair Play

We may remove entries, adjust scores, or suspend accounts that use exploits, automation, or other behavior that violates fair play or the Terms of Service.
