Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Username
- Password (encrypted via Supabase)
If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address from Google.
Payment Information
If you subscribe to Daily Pro:
- Stripe Customer ID (to link your subscription)
- Subscription status and plan details
We do NOT store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or billing addresses. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Gameplay Data
- Puzzle solutions and completion times
- Scores and rankings
- Win streaks and statistics
- Activity history
Cookies
- Authentication cookies (required for login)
What We Do NOT Collect
- IP addresses
- Device fingerprints
- Browsing history
- Third-party analytics data

4. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Retained while active
- Deleted accounts: Deleted within 90 days
- Leaderboard data: Anonymized after deletion
- Payment records: Retained 7 years (tax law)
5. Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption, password hashing, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
Access and Update
Update your username, email, and notification preferences in account settings.
Delete Your Account
Contact privacy@playdaily.org to delete your account.
Export Your Data
Request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@playdaily.org.
Manage Notifications
Disable game change or platform update emails in account settings. Transactional emails (password resets, billing) cannot be disabled.
California Residents (CCPA)
You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against. Email privacy@playdaily.org.
European Residents (GDPR)
You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing. Email privacy@playdaily.org.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are not for children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has provided information, we will delete it.

Your data may be stored in Canada or other countries where our service providers operate.
