These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://playdaily.org (the "Site") and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Daily ("Daily", "we", "us", or "our").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm:

You may register with email/password or Google OAuth.
Your Responsibilities
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for any reason. You may delete your account by contacting support@playdaily.org.
Free Plan
Access to daily competitive puzzles.
Daily Pro
Daily Pro provides access to past puzzles from the archive and other paid features described on the Site. Daily Pro may be offered as a yearly subscription, free trial, or lifetime purchase.
Third-Party Scripts & Ads

Pricing
Prices are displayed on the Site. We may change prices with 30 days notice for active subscriptions. Lifetime plan holders will not be subject to additional charges for features included in their original purchase.
Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds for partial periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction. Exceptions may be made as required by law.
You agree not to:
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, removal from leaderboards, or permanent ban without refund.
The Services, including specific implementations of games, code, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Daily and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free license to use them.
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the past 12 months or $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify Daily from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Canada.
Before filing a claim, contact legal@playdaily.org to resolve informally.
Claims must be filed within one year.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
